BRIAN GLESSNER

DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION

Born and Raised in Richmond, Brian doesn't need a GPS to get around the city. In 2019, he began his studies at VCU, where he would go on to get his degree in Marketing Analytics. While at college, Brian's desire to work in ministry grew from his leadership role in InterVarsity, as well as a two-time summer intern at Hill City. After some time in Richmond's business scene, Brian joined the Hill City team at the end of 2024.

While it's hard to miss Brian due to his height, he is also known for his passion to create a welcoming environment for those finding a home in Richmond. When he isn't at Hill City, you can find him either watching an Apple TV+ show, playing golf, or out at a VCU basketball game.
